At ELEVON, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
